Da’Norris Searcy renegotiated his contract with the Titans reducing his 2017 and 2018 salary by $4.55 million. In exchange for the pay cut the Titans guaranteed $1 million of his contract per Terry McCormick of Titans Insider. Searcy can earn up to $500,000 in per game roster bonuses and an end of the year roster bonus that is also equal to $500,000. Searcy can earn up to $750,000 per year in additional incentives. The Titans created $2.28 million in 2017 cap room with the new two year, $7.2 million contract.
