Contract Notes

Maurkice Pouncey signed a two year extension with the Pittsburgh Steelers on March 11, 2019.  Contract includes $12 million in virtual guarantees with a total guarantee of $15 million.  Pouncey receives a $9 million signing bonus, a $3 million roster bonus on March 13, 2019; and another $3 million roster bonus on the 5th day of the 2020 league year.C Maurkice Pouncey signed a five year contract extension worth $44,136,625 with the Pittsburgh Steelers on June 12, 2014. Pouncey received a $13 million signing bonus. He can earn roster bonuses of $3.75 and $3.5 million in 2015 and 2016 if he is on the roster in March of those years. Pouncey converted his $3.75 million 2015 roster bonus and most of his 2015 base salary into a signing bonus on March 10, 2015 to create just over $3.8 million in cap space.
