Marcus Cannon signed a five year, $32.5 million contract extension with the Patriots on November 29, 2016. Cannon received $12.35 million fully guaranteed at signing and $14.5 million in total guarantees. The full guarantee consists of a $7 million signing bonus and his 2017 and 2018 base salaries.
