All amounts of Year-One Rookie Salary shall count against the Year-One Rookie Compensation Pool, the Club’s Year-One Rookie Allocation and the Total Rookie Compensation Pool, whether or not such amounts are earned by the players or considered “likely to be earned” as set forth in Article 13.
