Contract Notes
Maxx Crosby signed a four year, $94 million contract with the Raiders on March 11, 2022. Crosby received $53 million in guarantees of which $26.515 million is fully guaranteed at signing according to Pro Football Talk. Crosby received a $13 million signing bonus and his 2022 base salary is guaranteed. Crosby has a $10 million 2023 roster bonus that is guaranteed at signing. If on the roster in March of 2023 Crosby\'s 2023 and 2024 base salaries will be fully guaranteed.
The Raiders and Crosby agreed to a modification of Crosby's contract on May 24, 2024 which would increase the total value of the contract by $5 million, making it a $99 million contract. As part of the new contract Crosby's 2024 salary was increased by $6 million, $5.5 million of which was guaranteed. His 2025 salary was increased by $1.198 million. He took a $2.198 million in salary reduction from 2026. The Raiders added three void years for salary cap purposes.
On March 5, 2025, the Raiders and Crosby agreed to a three year, $106.5 million extension. According to ProFootballTalk, his 2025 and 2026 base salaries were increased to $32.5 million and $30 million, and were made fully guaranteed. His 2027 salary of $29 million is guaranteed for injury only, and will vest to full if he is on the roster on the 3rd day of the 2026 league year.
