Dion Dawkins signed a 4 year contract extension worth $58.3 million with the Bills. Dawkins received $32.5 million in guarantees, $29.5 million of which is fully guaranteed at signing. Dawkin's guarantee consists of his 2020 and 2021 base salaries, an $8.6 million signing bonus, and a 2021 option bonus worth $7.5 million. There are annual per game bonuses and workout bonuses in the contract.
