Contract Notes

Brett Kern signed a 3 year contract extension with the Tennessee Titans on March 11, 2019.  Kern received $4 million guaranteed at signing including a $2.2 million signing bonus.  Kern can earn a $750,000 roster bonus on the 5th day of the 2020 league  year, and $250,000 roster bonus on the 5th day of the 2021 league year.  2021 & 2022 are team option years due by the end of the 2020 league year.  Kern can earn $100,000 each year he is named to the Pro Bowl (original ballot).

Kern agreed to a $1 million pay cut in 2022.  As part of the new contract the Titans guaranteed Kern $1 million of his 2022 salary.
