Contract Notes
Brandon Brooks signed a four year extension with the Philadelphia Eagles on November 11, 2019. The extension is worth $56,350,000 in new money with a total paper value of $71,600,000. Brooks received a $3,911,177 signing bonus and a full guarantee salary in 2020. The contract includes an option bonus in 2020 worth $8.4 million, and it will add on the 2024 year of the contract; the option is due between the 1st and 5th day of the 2020 league year. Brooks has guarantees in 2021 ($10.4 million) and 2022 ($9 million) which are guaranteed for injury only at signing; and will vest into a full guarantee on the 3rd day of each league year. Brooks can also earn a $2 million roster bonus in 2023 and 2024, to be paid on the 2nd day of training camp.
Brandon Brooks signed a five year, $40 million contract with the Philadelphia Eagles on March 9, 2016. Brooks received a $11 million signing bonus and $17 million fully guaranteed upon signing. Brooks can earn an additional $4 million in full guarantees if he is on the roster in March of 2018.
