All amounts of Rookie Salary contracted for in each and every year of a Club’s Rookie Contracts shall count against the Total Rookie Compensation Pool and the Club’s Total Rookie Allocation whether or not such amounts are earned by the player or considered “likely to be earned” as set forth in Article 13.
