Section 3Limitations And Rules For Extended Insurance
Certain limitations and rules for the benefits described in Section 2 above will apply as follows:
(a)
The benefits described in Sections 2(a)(i) and 2(a)(iii) above will terminate immediately upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement consistent with Section 1(e) above, for individuals eligible for benefits under this Section, including, without limitation, those who have already been released or otherwise severed employment at the time of such expiration or termination.
(b)
Players eligible for coverage under Section 2 above are not obligated to enroll in any other health plan or program for health services offered by an employer.
