Jay Cutler signed a 7 year contract with the Chicago Bears worth $126.7 million on January 2, 2013. $38 million becomes fully guaranteed on the 3rd day of the 2014 League Year. Cutler’s 2016 salary is guaranteed for injury upon signing with $10 million becoming fully guaranteed on the 3rd day of the 2015 League Year and the remaining $6 million becoming fully guaramteed on the 3rd day of the 2016 League Year. Cutler’s contract contains roster bonuses from 2017 through 2020 that total $2.5 million. Each week that Cutler is active he will earn $156,250 of that roster bonus.
